Refund Policy for Three Peaks Advisors, LLC

We at the Firm strive to provide top-notch services and solutions to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

Refund Deadline:

Refund requests must be made by July 31st of the tax year in which services were provided. For clients engaging with the firm after this date, a separate deadline will apply, to be specified at the time of engagement

Eligibility for Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, clients must meet the following criteria:

1. The refund request must be submitted within the specified deadline.

2 As soon as we receive your engagement letter, work commences on your return. Thus, any completed work on the return at the time of the request will be deducted from any potential refund.

3. The services for which the refund is requested must not have been completed.

4. It's important to maintain clear and open lines of communication when contacted by an employee of the Firm regarding services that have been engaged in.

5. Clients must provide documentation and valid reasons for the refund request.

Non-Refundable Services:

Certain services are non-refundable. These include but are not limited to:

1. Completed tax preparation and filing services.

2. Financial consulting services that have been provided.

3. When our employees have made multiple attempts to reach you, and clear communication channels have not been established, no refund will be issued

4. Any third-party fees or expenses incurred on behalf of the client.

Refund Process:

Clients seeking a refund should contact our general email at help@3peaksadvisors.com. Please provide your client identification details and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Upon receipt of the refund request, our team will review the eligibility and validity of the request. If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval and issued via check mailed to the last known address on the account

Late or Missing Refunds:

If your refund hasn't arrived within the designated timeframe, kindly reach out to us at help@3peaksadvisors.com. We'll promptly investigate to ascertain if the check has been processed. Should the check remain uncashed, we'll issue a replacement within 30 days from the date of your request.

Changes to This Policy:

The Firm reserves the right to amend or update this refund policy as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to clients via our website or direct communication channels.
