LaDell J. Eyre’s story starts on a farm in Minersville, Utah, where he learned the value of hard work, family, and community from an early age. Those roots never left him, even as he pursued higher education at Southern Utah University, earning his Master’s degree and setting out to build a career in accounting.

His first stop was Deloitte, one of the most respected firms in the world, where he gained invaluable experience. But LaDell always had an entrepreneurial spirit. In 2004, he returned home and co-founded a local accounting practice that grew and thrived for 20 years. When that chapter came to a close, he launched Three Peaks Advisors—a firm built on the same principles he learned on the farm: integrity, perseverance, and care for people.

LaDell has also given back through leadership, serving as a member of Western AgCredit since 2005 and now proudly holding the role of Chairman. His insight is shaped not just by numbers, but by lived experience—he understands the agricultural community because he’s part of it.

At home, LaDell and his wife, Kim, have built a life grounded in love and family. Together, they’ve raised five children and are now blessed with nine grandchildren. In his spare time, you’ll still find him close to his roots, running a cattle operation and staying connected to the land he loves.

For LaDell, accounting isn’t just about financial statements—it’s about helping local farmers, families, and business owners find stability and success, just as he has dedicated his life to doing.
